There's no printed menu online yet, so most people walk in without knowing what to order — which usually means standing at the counter reading the board while the line builds behind them. Here's the short version, based on what regulars actually order by name.
If you want savory
The KBBQ Short Rib Waffle is the one people photograph before they eat — braised short rib and a soft egg over a Liège-style waffle, finished with gochujang aioli. If you want something closer to a classic brunch plate, The Benny, on Waffle swaps the usual English muffin for the same dense, caramelized waffle base under a poached egg and hollandaise. Chicken and Waffles is a third regular order that doesn't have a photo on this site yet, but comes up by name almost as often as the short rib.
If you want something sweeter
The Loaded Berry Waffle — fresh blueberries, blackberries, raspberries and strawberries, whipped cream, maple syrup on the side — is the straightforward answer. For something smaller, the Dessert Waffle Flight is three mini waffles (s'mores, chocolate-hazelnut, vanilla custard) if you can't decide on just one.
To drink
The House Latte is made to order and steamed in-house. Milkshakes — cookies and cream, strawberry-banana — are the other thing people order by flavor rather than by menu section.
Why the waffle holds up under all of that
These aren't thin diner waffles. They're Liège-style: a dense, slightly chewy dough with a caramelized crust, closer to a Belgian import than what "waffle" usually means on a breakfast menu. That's the whole reason a waffle can carry a broken egg yolk and braised short rib without turning to mush halfway through.
One practical note: the room is small — about ten tables — and weekend mornings get busy. Coming in before the 10am rush is the easiest way to skip the wait.
